Meet Colleen Hild, CCS-Certified Trainer & Behavior Specialist
When you’re trusting someone with your dog, credentials matter—but compassion, intuition, and real-life experience matter even more. That’s what sets Colleen Hild apart.
After leaving a successful marketing career, Colleen followed her heart to become a certified dog trainer and behavior specialist through Christine Dahl’s Northwest School of Canine Studies. With deep roots in Seattle and San Diego, she brings a uniquely intuitive, compassionate approach to each dog she meets.
She’s a proud member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), has taught group classes at Seattle Humane Society, been a part of training programs implemented at San Diego Humane Society, and was a trainer at Seattle Puppyworks. Colleen lives in Bellevue with her Boxer mix, Westley—her co-trainer and adventure buddy. She is also a mother of two grown humans.
